Our Fort Lauderdale headquarters is expanding, and we’re looking for an Entry-Level Bankruptcy Attorney who is eager to learn, ready to help clients, and excited to build a career in one of the largest consumer bankruptcy practices in Florida. This role is perfect for a recent graduate, new attorney, or someone transitioning into bankruptcy law with strong client-service instincts.

What You’ll Do
- Support senior attorneys on Chapter 7, 13, and occasionally Chapter 11 matters.
- Conduct client meetings and assist with initial consultations after training.
- Learn how to evaluate cases, identify the correct chapter, and communicate expectations clearly.
- Review client documents and prepare filings with the help of our experienced paralegal and docs teams.
- Attend 341 meetings and hearings (with support and preparation).
- Work closely with intake, case managers, trustee-doc teams, and support staff to move cases efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Florida attorney (or sitting for/awaiting bar results).
- No prior bankruptcy experience required — just a strong desire to learn.
- Excellent communication and client-relations skills.
- Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and willingness to develop subject-matter expertise.
- Team player with a positive, service-minded attitude.

- Salary range: Based on experience and ability to handle volume.
