Entry Level Bartender

We’re hiring an Entry-Level Bartender — no bartending experience required.

We will teach you everything. All you need is a strong work ethic, a coachable attitude, eagerness to learn, and a winning personality that makes guests feel welcome.

What You’ll Do (We’ll Train You!)

• Learn to prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks
• Provide warm, friendly, upbeat hospitality to every guest
• Follow recipes, procedures, and responsible alcohol service standards
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Help servers and support the dining room during busy periods
• Manage pacing, guest interactions, and memorable celebrations
• Communicate clearly and work efficiently as part of a team

What We’re Looking For (Character > Experience)

Required:

• Extremely strong work ethic
• Coachable, positive, and eager to learn
• Winning, engaging personality
• Enjoys talking with people and creating great experiences
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred:

• Restaurant Server or Hospitality experience (not required)
• Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy shifts
• Commitment to delivering high-quality service
• Must be 18 or older to serve alcohol in Florida
• (Military veterans encouraged to apply; no college degree required)

Schedule

• Dinner-only shifts (5–8 hours)
• Restaurant closes early: 9PM (Sun–Thurs) / 10PM (Fri–Sat)
• Flexible scheduling
• Weekend and holiday availability required

Pay: $125 - $175 a day
