Entry-Level Business Data Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work with business and operational data to help identify trends, create reports, and provide insights that support day-to-day decisions across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Collect, organize, and analyze data from a variety of business sources.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track performance and key metrics.
• Identify trends and patterns and summarize findings for stakeholders.
• Assist with data validation and ensure the accuracy of reports.
• Work with team members to understand reporting needs and business objectives.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and presentations as needed.
• Support process improvement initiatives through data-driven insights.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience, including internships, academic projects, or relevant coursework.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
