What You'll Do

• Analyze business and operational datasets to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Design interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
• Write SQL queries to extract, validate, and manipulate data from relational databases.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and quality validation to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Create KPI metrics and business performance reports for leadership teams.
• Support process improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with business users, analysts, and technical teams in an Agile environment.
• Present analytical findings through clear visualizations and executive-friendly presentations.
• Utilize AI-powered productivity tools responsibly to enhance reporting and analysis workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $78,000.00 - $85,200.00 per year
