Position Overview
As an Entry-Level Carrier Coordinator, you'll dive into the fast-paced world of logistics, supporting daily operations and building key relationships. This role serves as your gateway to a Logistics Coordinator position, where you'll take on more strategic responsibilities and increase your impact on our clients' success.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties to support the operations team, including data entry, filing, and administrative tasks
- Handle high-volume communication via phone (inbound and outbound), email with internal teams, carriers, and clients to ensure seamless coordination
- Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing carriers to expand our network and improve service quality
