PAY

• Starting pay: $0.51 CPM
• $15 stop pay
• Monthly performance bonus available

HOME TIME

• Home every 2 weeks
• Typically 2 full days at home

ROUTE & SCHEDULE

• Regional runs: CA, NV, UT, OR, WA, ID
• Major lanes include: Los Angeles, Bay Area, Las Vegas, Portland, Salt Lake City
• Day and night driving available
• Weekend work required

EQUIPMENT

• 2023 and newer trucks
• Freightliner Cascadia, Kenworth T680, International LT
• Automatic transmission
• Reefer trailers

ORIENTATION & TRAINING

• 1-day paid orientation
• $300 per day
• Full training provided for new drivers

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate reefer tractor-trailer safely on regional routes
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain ELD logs and stay HOS compliant
• Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules
• Communicate with dispatch during runs
• Ensure on-time deliveries

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid CDL-A license
• No experience needed (trainees accepted)
• Experienced drivers welcome
• A strong Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no serious violations
• Must pass DOT physical and drug test
• Good background (employment, driving, criminal history)
