Position Overview

We are looking for motivated CDL-A drivers to join our OTR team — new graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply. If you recently earned your CDL-A and are ready to hit the road, we will provide the support and training you need to build a successful driving career. This is a great opportunity to gain real-world miles and experience while earning strong, consistent weekly pay.

Position Highlights

• New CDL-A graduates welcome — no prior OTR experience required
• Consistent weekly pay with predictable earnings
• Mentorship and on-road support available for new drivers
• Well-maintained equipment

Home Time

• 2 days home after each tour
• 3 weeks out, 3 days home

Compensation

• Average weekly earnings: $1,100–$1,300
• Pay increases available as you gain experience and miles
• Consistent miles to maximize your earning potential
• Expected weekly miles: 2000-3000 miles

Schedule & Operations

• Over-the-road (OTR) — long haul freight across multiple states
• Steady freight — no sitting around waiting for loads

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of school instruction
• Recent CDL-A graduates accepted — no minimum experience required
• Must be 21 years of age or older (DOT interstate requirement)
• Clean MVR
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen
• Must be comfortable with extended time away from home (approximately 2 weeks out)
