We are hiring entry-level CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account based out of Akron, OH. This position is designed specifically for recent CDL graduates with little to no experience. Drivers will haul consistent, no-touch freight in a drop-and-hook operation, making it a straightforward and driver-focused role.

Pay & Compensation:

• Annual earnings: $78,000 – $81,000
• Average weekly pay: $1,500
• $0.65 – $0.70 CPM
• 2,500 – 3,000 miles per week
• $1,500 sign-on bonus for eligible drivers

Schedule & Home Time:

• Home every weekend (guaranteed)
• Consistent dedicated routes and schedules
• Full-time position

Equipment:

• 2025 Freightliner Cascadia & Kenworth
• Assigned trucks (no slip seating)

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a CDL-A tractor-trailer on assigned routes
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate ELD logs and required paperwork
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Deliver freight on time

Requirements (Entry-Level):

• Valid CDL-A license (recent graduates welcome)
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must live within 100 miles of Akron, OH
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen
• Commitment to safe and responsible driving
