New to trucking? This regional CDL-A role gets you rolling with solid miles, weekly pay, and a real path to dedicated and local routes.

Pay & Incentives

• Weekly pay: $1,400 – $1,500
• Annual: $65,400 – $78,000
• Miles: 1,800 – 2,200 per week
• Stop pay: $15 and Short-haul bonus: $40
• Transition bonus: Up to $1,500
• Orientation pay: $300 + travel, hotel & meals covered

Home Time

• Home weekly or daily depending on route
• Consistent, predictable scheduling - no surprises

Position Details

• Mostly drop & hook with some live loads
• Steady freight - no sitting around waiting for loads
• Day and night runs in rotation

Equipment

• Late-model Freightliner, Kenworth, and International trucks
• All automatics, clean and well-maintained fleet

Responsibilities

• Run regional routes safely and on time
• Pre and post-trip inspections
• ELD logging & DOT compliance
• Coordinate with dispatch as needed

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and Must be 21+
• No prior experience required - we'll get you started
• Hair follicle drug test required
• Max 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
