About This Position
Our Leesburg, Florida terminal is actively hiring CDL-A drivers for a regional fleet running dry van and reefer freight across the Southeast. If you want consistent freight, a real home time schedule, and a terminal that is not overloaded with drivers - this is the seat. New CDL-A graduates welcome.

Your Home Time

• Back home every Friday evening - no exceptions, no surprises
• Full weekends off - Saturday and Sunday are completely yours
• Predictable Monday morning departure every week

What You Will Be Running

• Southeast regional routes out of Leesburg, FL - FL, GA, SC, AL, and TN
• 300–600 mile radius from terminal - never pushed into OTR territory
• 100% no-touch freight - dry van and temperature-controlled reefer loads
• Automatic transmission trucks
• Same truck every week - not slip-seated

Pay Breakdown

• New CDL-A graduates begin at $0.65 CPM
• Drivers with verifiable experience start at $0.68–$0.75 CPM
• Weekly earnings: $1,500–$1,800
• Annual earnings: $78,000–$95,000
• Sign-on bonus: $2,000
• Orientation pay: $300
• Safety and performance bonuses available throughout the year

What We Require

• Valid CDL Class A license
• 21 years of age or older
• No SAP history | No DUI offenses
• Pass DOT physical and hair follicle drug test
• Ability to communicate in English with dispatch

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Cover Southeast regional freight lanes operating out of the Leesburg, FL terminal
• Monitor reefer unit temperatures on cold chain loads and log readings throughout transit
• Perform thorough DOT pre-trip and post-trip inspections on tractor and trailer before every run
• Maintain ELD compliance at all times per FMCSA hours of service regulations
• Communicate with dispatch in real time -flag delays, load issues, or route changes immediately
