About This Position
Our Saginaw, Michigan terminal is actively hiring CDL-A drivers to run regional dry van and reefer freight across the Great Lakes states. If you want a regional seat with consistent freight, an assigned truck, and a company that gets you home every weekend - this is the position.

Your Schedule

• Depart Monday morning, back home Friday evening every week
• Weekends are yours - no on-call, no irregular dispatch
• All routes stay within 300–600 miles of the Saginaw terminal

Truck and Freight

• Automatic transmission
• Assigned unit - same truck every week, never shared
• Dry van and reefer trailers - 100% no-touch on every load

What You Will Earn

• New CDL-A graduates: $0.65 CPM starting rate
• Experienced drivers: $0.68–$0.75 CPM based on verified history
• Weekly take-home: $1,500–$1,800
• Annual earning potential: $78,000–$95,000
• $2,000 sign-on bonus
• $300 orientation pay
• Safety and performance bonuses paid on top of base rate

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL - current and active
• 21 years of age or older
• No SAP history | No DUI on record
• DOT physical and hair follicle drug screen required
• English communication required for dispatch

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Operate assigned Great Lakes regional lanes out of the Saginaw, MI terminal
• Set and verify reefer temperatures before departure and monitor freight condition throughout transit
• Complete full DOT pre-trip and post-trip inspections on tractor and trailer every day
• Keep ELD records current and accurate per FMCSA hours of service requirements
• Stay ahead of dispatch - report delays, load concerns, or route changes without waiting
