About This Position
Our Wilson, North Carolina terminal is actively hiring CDL-A drivers for a regional fleet running dry van and reefer freight throughout the Southeast. Despite the location, Wilson is one of the most underrecruited CDL markets in the state - giving you a terminal with real freight volume and almost no competition for your application.

The Schedule

• Out Monday, home Friday evening - every week without exception
• No weekend dispatch - Saturday and Sunday are yours
• Routes stay within 300–600 miles of the Wilson terminal at all times

Truck and Freight Details

• Automatic transmission
• Your assigned truck - not shared with other drivers
• NC, SC, VA, GA, and MD regional lanes
• 100% no-touch dry van and reefer freight on every load

Driver Pay

• Brand new CDL-A graduates start at $0.65 CPM
• Experienced drivers with verified history: $0.68–$0.75 CPM
• Weekly earnings: $1,500–$1,800
• Annual earnings: $78,000–$95,000
• $2,000 sign-on bonus
• $300 orientation pay
• Safety and performance incentives paid separately on top of base CPM

Before You Apply

• Valid Class A CDL required
• Must be 21 or older
• No SAP history | No DUI convictions
• Pass DOT physical and hair follicle drug test
• Able to communicate in English with dispatch

What The Job Looks Like

• Drive Southeast regional freight lanes out of the Wilson, NC terminal
• Maintain proper reefer temperatures on all cold chain loads from pickup through delivery
• Inspect tractor and trailer before and after every trip - full DOT compliance required
• Keep ELD logs current and accurate in line with FMCSA hours of service rules
