Position Summary

We are currently seeking a professional, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Client Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is passionate about representing brands with integrity, creativity, and professionalism.

As an Entry Level Client Representative, you will serve as a key liaison between our clients and their target markets. Your main focus will be to drive brand recognition, represent products and services with expert knowledge, and assist in growing customer bases through in-person marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands in a professional and engaging manner
• Deliver product knowledge and messaging clearly to potential customers
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns tailored to specific client goals
• Generate customer leads and provide feedback to the marketing and strategy teams
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on client brands and industry trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred but not required
• Experience in customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in our Harrisburg office and attend in-person events (this is NOT a remote or hybrid role)
• Self-starter with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

Pay: $600.00 - $1,200.00 per week
