We’re hiring an Entry‑Level Client Services Representative to help families understand their FiOS choices and feel comfortable upgrading. Your guidance will make their transition to fiber feel simple and stress‑free.

As an Entry-Level Client Services Representative, you adopt a client-first mindset while completing structured training on Verizon FiOS services. The Entry-Level Client Services Representative works with customers, helping them understand home internet and mobile options while building trust, confidence, and long-term customer relationships.

Role Requirements for an Entry-Level Client Services Representative

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, helping them adopt Verizon Fios fiber-optic Internet with confidence
• Assess household connectivity needs and recommend Verizon Fios solutions that improve streaming, remote work, and smart home use.
• Provide simple demonstrations of Verizon Fios tools and apps, ensuring residents feel confident managing their accounts.
• Support enrollment by verifying account details, walking residents through setup, and ensuring smooth service activation.
• Assist with billing questions, service upgrades, and troubleshooting in a professional, approachable manner.
• Reinforce customer trust by helping households access Verizon’s Mobile + Home Rewards program for added value.
