Entry Level CNC Machinist

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machining tools and equipment to produce precision parts and components. Duties

• Operate CNC machines, milling machines, and other power tools to fabricate parts according to specifications.
• Utilize measuring instruments such as bore gauges, micrometers, and calipers to ensure accuracy in dimensions.
• Assist in programming CNC machines, including familiarity with Mazatrol systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with senior machinists and engineers to troubleshoot machining issues and improve processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining is a plus.
• Basic understanding of machining processes and tooling.
• Familiarity with CNC operation, programming, and setup is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while following detailed instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to machining.
