What You’ll Do

Support and manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts.

Serve as a key contact for clients—answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure excellent service.

Process renewals, endorsements, certificates, and cancellations accurately and on time.

Assist senior account managers and producers in identifying client needs and recommending coverage options.

Maintain organized, up-to-date client information in the agency management system.

Provide guidance and assistance during claims and policy changes.

Stay current on carrier products, market trends, and policy updates.

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of customer service, office, or insurance experience preferred (training provided).

Texas Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain).

Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

A commitment to delivering high-quality service and building trusted relationships.

Pay: $45,263.46 - $50,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Commercial Lines: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Property & Casualty insurance license (Preferred)
