We are a small, family-owned commercial real estate investment firm headquartered in Franklin, TN actively involved in the acquisition and management of properties in the Southeast US, especially Middle Tennessee.
Job Overview:
- This role is in-person 40 hours a week at our Cool Springs office.
- This is an excellent opportunity for someone considering entering the field of commercial real estate and investment.
- You will be involved in all aspects of the business analytical support, lease analysis, modelling, asset management, contacting potential tenants for existing portfolio assets, assisting during the acquisition due diligence process, and preparing various reports for lenders and investors.
Qualities We Are Looking For:
- Excellent computer skills. Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint a must. Knowing Argus and CoStar is a plus.
- Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Accounting or Math/Science, or Real Estate (preferred). Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Understanding of real estate business and strong interest to work in the commercial real estate and investment industry (preferred).
- 0-2 years of Financial Analyst experience.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Must be a team player capable of working in a collaborative environment, yet also able to work independently.
- Strong communications skills, both oral and written.
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
