Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our team in Cleveland, dedicated to enhancing our organization's visibility and engagement through effective communication strategies.

Job : Full time

Salary range: $21.50 - $29.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and edit internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, and social media posts.
• Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive communication strategies and campaigns.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and highlight key stories and accomplishments.
• Monitor media coverage and track analytics to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts.
• Coordinate logistics for events, including promotional materials and media outreach.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in writing, editing, and content creation for diverse audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
