Glenn Auto Group is looking for a creative, motivated, and ambitious Content Creator / Marketing Assistant to join our growing marketing team.

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who loves photography, videography, social media, storytelling, and branding. We're not necessarily looking for someone with years of experience—we're looking for someone with talent, drive, attention to detail, and a desire to grow.

You'll help tell the story of our dealerships, our customers, our employees, and our communities through engaging content across social media, digital advertising, websites, events, and sponsorships.

What You'll Do: Content Creation

• Capture photos and videos of vehicles, customers, employees, dealership events, and community activities
• Assist in filming social media content, commercials, and promotional campaigns
• Edit photos and videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
• Create engaging content that tells our story and strengthens our brand

Social Media & Marketing

• Help execute social media strategies and content calendars
• Assist with dealership advertising campaigns
• Support marketing initiatives across multiple locations
• Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement

Community Involvement

• Attend local events, sponsorships, youth sports activities, fundraisers, and community functions
• Capture and create content showcasing Glenn Auto Group's involvement in the community
• Help strengthen relationships with local organizations and businesses

Brand Development

• Ensure consistent branding across all content
• Help maintain high-quality visual standards
• Identify creative opportunities to improve our marketing efforts
• Assist with special projects and promotional campaigns

What We're Looking For: Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in photography, videography, marketing, communications, journalism, media production, or social media
• Basic experience with photo or video editing software
• Strong understanding of social media platforms
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

No automotive experience is required.
