Entry Level Customer Associate

That’s why we’re expanding our telecommunications team and hiring Entry Level Customer Associates who are ready to learn and make an impact in the wireless industry.

As an Entry Level Customer Associate, you will be working with customers to expand wireless awareness, engaging with customers to provide personalized recommendations and assist with new telecommunications service enrollments and sales orders. This Entry Level Customer Associate role is for individuals who want to build hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, and account management with opportunities to connect customers to superior communication plans.

Entry Level Customer Associate Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to explain wireless plans and options available to expand the awareness of services offered
• Help customers activate new services, process plan upgrades, and manage their accounts
• Provide clear, friendly, and professional customer service throughout every interaction
• Stay informed about telecom promotions, product updates, and wireless trends
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve team goals, sales milestones, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Contribute to a positive team culture built on learning, communication, and results.

Entry Level Customer Associate Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer support, or retail, telecommunications, business or related role
• Excellent communicators and problem-solvers with a passion for helping others
• Goal-oriented individuals with interest in telecommunications, sales, and building customer relations
• Self-motivated learners eager to develop leadership and management skills.
• Adaptable, dependable team players who perform well in fast-paced, customer-facing roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,400.00 per week
