Entry Level Customer Service -Front Desk at Dental Office

We’re seeking an entry-level customer service representative for a dental office. NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. All you need is lots of enthusiasm and willingness to learn with us.

This is a full-time front desk position, to start as soon as possible, but we require a week-long paid working interview first. If you applied to our dental office before, we encourage you to do it again if you are still in the market.

The essential skill you should have are :

• -Be happy, charismatic, hungry, and humble.
• -Be a people person as this position is to deal with a lot of customers
• -Be polite and have outstanding bedside manners
• -Be a TEAM player.
• -Basic Computer skills are a must ( MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & MS Outlook
• -Basic writing skills to compose/reply to emails and redact simple letters.
• -Social Media skills: Instagram, Facebook, etc
• -MULTITASK, being organized and maintaining a clean and neat workplace.

Duties will include, but are not restrictive to :

• -Check-in / Check-out patients into our computer system
• -Collect payments
• -Make lots of business phone calls
• -Answer lots of phone calls
• -Scheduling
• -Create content for our social media platforms
• -Help and cooperate on our marketing strategy
• -Write dental treatments plans, check insurance coverage
• -Other administrative front desk tasks as needed
