Entry Level Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Our team is in need of an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our customer-focused team and deliver high-quality support experiences across a global customer base. In this position, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, helping resolve inquiries, provide guidance, and ensure a positive and professional experience. Job Responsibilities Customer Support and Communication
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Maintain clear, professional, and empathetic communication
  • Represent the company positively in all customer interactions
Issue Resolution and Troubleshooting
  • Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and common service-related issues
  • Follow step-by-step processes to guide customers toward solutions
  • Handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism
  • Escalate more complex issues to senior support teams when required
Order and Case Management
  • Support order processing, returns, exchanges, and general service requests
  • Accurately document all customer interactions within CRM systems
  • Follow up on open cases to ensure timely resolution
  • Keep records organized and up to date
Performance and Learning
  • Meet basic performance and quality standards
  • Participate in onboarding, training sessions, and coaching programs
  • Learn company products, systems, and policies
  • Collaborate with team members in a remote environment
Required Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • No prior experience required; customer service experience is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Good listening skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Typing proficiency for documentation tasks
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated in a remote setting
  • Adaptable and open to feedback and process improvements
  • Additional language skills are an advantage
