Entry-Level Customs Data Coordinator – Thriving Amid Tariff Changes

Join our team of ~30 professionals in a modern, open office located in the biotech hub near Oyster Point, South San Francisco. With motorized standing desks for everyone and a friendly, supportive atmosphere, we work together to keep international trade running smoothly—even as tariffs and regulations evolve.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate international shipments with manufacturers and importers, learning the ropes of a dynamic industry
• Analyze and process shipment data with a strong focus on accuracy and detail
• Communicate professionally with importers, manufacturers, US Customs, freight companies, customers, and internal teams
• Respond promptly and kindly to inquiries from vendors, colleagues, and clients
• Support other departments as needed, growing your skills across the business

About You:

• Highly detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy and consistency
• Patient, approachable, and motivated to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, punctual, and dependable, with integrity you can stand behind
• Comfortable managing competing priorities and adjusting to new challenges
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient with email, Windows, spreadsheets, and other productivity software
• Ready to handle routine tasks while embracing occasional new projects
• BS or BA degree preferred, but enthusiasm and aptitude matter most
• Mandarin/Chinese language a plus, but not required
