Entry Level Data Entry & Purchasing Assistant

Job Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED, college degree preferred
• Ability to quickly learn computer programs
• Organizational skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Typing skills and 10-key proficiency
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented with ability to compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data
• Good time management skills — ability to maintain levels of productivity including backing-up other positions in the company
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Quickly and accurately input purchase orders into a cloud based system

Our company hires at entry level and promotes from within. This position may have chances to move into inventory management or purchasing roles based on performance. Our ownership believes in placing employees to their strengths.

Essential Functions

• Promote Companies core values and associated culture, safety, leadership, quality and client satisfaction.
• Work with Shop and Field Supervisors to track and report production quantities.
• Approve completed work for accounting.
• Assist with purchasing of project materials.
• Ensure we have good project promotional photos and help complete a Project Sheet for each major project.
• Review and approve invoices, Charge card statements and time cards for direct reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
