In this role, you will contribute to day to day operations by entering, reviewing, and organizing information across various platforms. Your attention to detail and consistency will help ensure that data remains clean, reliable, and easy to access for reporting and decision making purposes.

Key Responsibilities Data Processing and Entry
  • Input and update information within databases, spreadsheets, and internal tools
  • Convert data from documents and forms into organized digital formats
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records across systems
  • Ensure files and datasets are clearly structured and easy to navigate
Data Accuracy and Validation
  • Review entries to confirm correctness and completeness
  • Detect and resolve errors, inconsistencies, or missing details
  • Conduct routine checks to maintain high data quality standards
  • Follow established formatting and data entry guidelines
Operational Data Support
  • Assist with compiling simple reports and data summaries
  • Maintain organized datasets for internal teams
  • Support tracking systems for customer records, inventory, or internal workflows
  • Ensure all data aligns with company processes and reporting needs
Confidentiality and Data Handling
  • Handle sensitive information with care and professionalism
  • Adhere to data protection and privacy standards

Required Skills and Qualifications
