Entry Level Dental Lab Technician

Hours: 9am- 5pm

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Dental Lab Technician to join our team. This position offers hands-on experience with advanced dental technologies, including 3D printing, and provides opportunities for professional growth and advancement. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and have a passion for precision and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scanning model work into 3shape using our 3D scanner
• Disinfect and prepare incoming lab cases for processing
• Assist with plaster work and other basic lab tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety
• Support senior technicians in various lab procedures
• Participate in training under CDT-certified dental technicians
• Adhere to all safety protocols

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic understanding of dental terminology is a plus but not required
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Manual dexterity and comfort working with small tools and materials

Base Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
