The company is focused on strengthening and creating strategic, innovative ideas to increase brand presence and connect with new customers through a variety of marketing channels.
About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Digital Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow in the areas of social media, digital advertising, and email marketing.
You’ll help execute marketing campaigns, manage social channels, optimize ad performance, and support overall brand growth across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage, schedule, and post social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
● Plan, launch, and monitor digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
● Analyze ad performance and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and ROI.
● Communicate regularly with the sales team to gather feedback on campaign performance and update ads or creatives accordingly.
● Update ad creatives, messaging, and targeting based on new product launches and seasonal promotions.
● Create, edit, and maintain emailmarketingcampaignsand automated flows (experience with Klaviyo is a plus).
● Collaborate with the design, sales, and product teams to ensure marketing materials align with brand goals and messaging.
● Assist with website updates, SEO improvements, and keyword optimization to drive traffic and conversions.
● Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
● Strong understanding of social media platforms and online advertising basics.
● Analytical mindset with an ability to interpret campaign data and trends.
● Basic familiarity with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.) and ad managers (Meta, Google).
● General understanding of SEO and website content optimization.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with cross-functional teams like sales and design.
● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new tools and techniques.
What We Offer
*This position requires in-person attendance; remote work is not available.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
