Entry Level Drain/Sewer Cleaning Service Technician

Drain cleaning company looking for a reliable and motivated Drain Service Technician to handle residential and commercial drain service calls.

This position is focused strictly on drain cleaning and drain service work — no new construction or full plumbing remodels. We are looking for someone dependable, customer-service driven, and experienced in handling drain service calls in the field.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to residential and commercial drain service calls
• Clear clogged drains, sewer lines, kitchen lines, and restroom stoppages
• Operate drain cleaning machines and basic drain equipment
• Assist with hydro jetting and sewer camera inspections
• Diagnose common drain issues and recommend solutions
• Maintain clean equipment and organized service vehicles
• Take job photos/videos and communicate with dispatch
• Provide professional customer service at every call

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of drain cleaning or plumbing service experience required
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Reliable and punctual
• Must have a flexible schedule and be available based on service call volume
• Able to lift heavy drain equipment
• Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, crawlspaces, and rooftops if needed
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Schedule

• 5–7 days per week depending on service call volume
• Weekend availability may be needed
• Flexible schedule required

Compensation

• $800–$1,000 per week depending on experience, performance, and call volume
• Opportunity for growth as the company expand

Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per week
