Entry Level Ecommerce Associate – Product Customization Designer

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to enter the Ecommerce industry. A growing ecommerce retailer in Frisco, TX is seeking an Ecommerce Associate – Product Customization Designer. In this position you will be responsible for creating the design elements that the customer selected for their order on various products. These products include robes, tumblers, glass cans, slippers, hats, bags and more.

MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implementing Customer Designs

• Review all personalized orders for the customer’s customization request and utilize existing templates to create the design elements and texts for the various blank items.
• Contact customers when necessary to clarify or request additional customization details.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure that completed designs can be produced.

Creating Templates

• Create new design templates for new product offerings as necessary using various tools.
• Determine best sizing and fit by working with production team and product development team.

Other Duties: Assists in other day-to-day tasks as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must live within 20 mins of Frisco, TX (Preston Rd between Main & Eldorado).
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work 25-40 hours per week. Mornings are a must.
• Some weekend or night work may be required during peak seasons.
• Adept in English writing and verbal communication.
• Some knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator is preferred but will train.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least a HS Diploma. Some College Coursework or Degree Preferred
• Very Comfortable using Windows PC
• US Work Authorizations
• Must be able to pass background check/drug testing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
