Entry Level Emergency Dispatcher: Day & Evening Shift

Our team plays a vital role in supporting millions of people with 24/7 monitoring. We are looking for individuals to become part of our committed Personal Emergency Response Services (PERS) team. This rewarding opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in people's lives by delivering crucial help during emergencies, as well as offering care and support when testing their devices.

Hours:· Full-time, (Expected hours: 37.5 per week)

• Day Shift: 8am - 4pm
• Evening Shift: 4pm - 12am

Compensation Details:·

• Weekly pay, starting at $17.50-18.50 /hr
• Pay increase to $18.00-19.00 after reaching level 5 dispatcher
• Pay increase to $18.75-19.75 after reaching level 6 dispatcher

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• background check and drug screening
• Genuine desire to help others
• Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations
• Empathy and excellent interpersonal skills, particularly with seniors

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound phone calls from customers needing assistance
• Communicate with customers
• Relay information to first responders, when necessary
