Duties

• Represent our brand at local events, festivals, and promotional campaigns to attract and engage potential customers
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate audiences about features and benefits in an energetic and approachable manner
• Collect valuable data from event attendees to support marketing campaigns and improve outreach strategies
• Manage social media accounts by posting live updates, photos, and engaging content to boost event visibility
• Assist in setting up event booths, branding materials, and promotional displays to create a compelling presence
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors
• Support sales efforts through direct interaction, encouraging sign-ups or purchases when appropriate
• Deliver compelling public speeches or presentations to promote products or brand initiatives confidently

Experience

• Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required—enthusiasm and a proactive attitude are key!
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences in person and online
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, helping us reach broader communities effectively
• Familiarity with social media management tools and basic content creation is advantageous
• Experience in event marketing or public speaking will help you excel in this role but is not mandatory—training will be provided!
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments
