Entry level / Expert level -In Home Sales Representative

Cardinal Contractors is seeking a driven Sales person or Sales Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and close deals.
• Manage and close leads provided by the office.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Demonstrate leadership and sales capabilities

Requirements:

• drivers license required / plus three years driving experience
• Strong closing ability and a proactive approach.
• Ability to bring in your own leads while working with office leads.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Compensation:

• W-2 position
• High commissions structure on all sales.
• Opportunity for promotion to Sales Manager after the 60-day probationary period, with additional responsibilities and earning potential.
