We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at CJ Tech Inc. and deliver exceptional on-site technical support at Samsung Austin Semiconductor. Responsibilities
- Perform installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment including, HVAC systems, and industrial machinery.
- Utilize schematics, technical manuals, and Excel to accurately diagnose issues and document work performed.
- Conduct inspections using precision measuring instruments, manifold gauges, digital volt meter, and other diagnostic tools to assess system performance.
- Apply welding skills—specifically copper brazing welding—and mechanical knowledge for repairs involving copper line fabrication or component replacement.
- Collaborate with clients to provide technical sales support by explaining maintenance procedures or system upgrades.
- Maintain high standards of safety by adhering to electrical safety protocols involving low voltage and high voltage systems while working in industrial environments.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers in English to provide clear updates on service status and technical recommendations.
- Support industrial electrician tasks related to HVAC, electrical system analysis, schematics interpretation, and troubleshooting low voltage systems.
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards for industrial mechanics and maintenance practices.

Qualifications
- Proven experience working within manufacturing facilities or industrial environments as a technician or mechanic. Starting pay may be adjusted depending on experience.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience, including working with schematics, and industrial electrical systems.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration), welding (copper brazing), and precision measuring instruments.
- Familiarity with maintenance tracking and documentation.
- Knowledge of low voltage electrical systems, high voltage safety protocols, and electrical analysis tools like ammeters and ohmmeters.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly in English.
- Strong analysis skills for diagnosing complex mechanical or electrical issues quickly and accurately.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in field service settings while maintaining safety standards.
Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
