Entry Level Finance Analyst 
Location: Columbia, MD (Hybrid - 3 days onsite / 2 remote)
Pay: $22-23/hour
Duration:  Contract-to-hire
Conversion Salary: Approx. $60K annually

We are seeking motivated and analytical candidates for multiple Finance SAS Analyst openings in Columbia, MD. This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in analytical or business-related fields such as Finance, Economics, Math, or Business Analytics.

This role will focus heavily on Excel and data analysis, so candidates should already have strong foundational Excel skills and experience working with data. Internship experience is highly preferred for recent graduates.

• Analyze and review data using Excel and reporting tools
• Support business reporting and data validation efforts
• Identify discrepancies and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with team members on analytical projects
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Business, or related field
• Strong Excel and analytical skills required
• Detail-oriented with strong technical aptitude
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented, coachable, and motivated
