Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated entry-level finance professionals to support a large financial services client in Baltimore. This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to build experience in financial operations, trade support, corporate actions, middle office, or financial data analysis within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operational processing related to trades, settlements, and corporate actions
• Review and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Assist with reconciliation of transactions and investigation of discrepancies
• Monitor trade lifecycle events and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain and update financial records and reporting systems
• Collaborate with internal teams including operations, compliance, and trading desks
• Perform data validation and analysis to support operational decision-making

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 0–3 years of experience in financial services, operations, data analysis, or related internship experience
• Exposure to trade operations, corporate actions, middle office, or financial data analysis preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and ability to work in a team environment

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of financial markets or securities processing
• Experience with financial systems or data platforms
• Ability to manage large datasets and perform data reconciliation
