Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and coachable individuals to join our growing financial services team. As a Financial Services Agent, you will help individuals and families build financial security through life insurance, retirement strategies, and wealth protection solutions.

Responsibilities
- Educate clients on financial strategies, including life insurance and retirement planning
- Conduct virtual or in-person client consultations
- Customize financial solutions based on client needs and goals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up with prospects and manage a pipeline of leads
- Participate in ongoing training and development
- (Optional) Recruit, train, and mentor new agents
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must be willing to obtain a state life insurance license (if not already licensed)
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
