Job Summary

TDN Academy is seeking ambitious and motivated recent graduates who are ready to start a meaningful and high growth career in the financial services industry. As an Entry Level Financial Consultant, you will be trained to educate individuals and families on how to protect, grow, and manage their finances. You will gain hands on experience in communication, sales, and financial strategy while working in a supportive and mentorship driven environment.

No prior experience in finance is required. We provide the training, systems, and guidance needed to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with clients and prospects through networking, referrals, and outreach Learn and present financial concepts including saving, protection, and long term planning Assist clients in identifying their financial goals and recommend appropriate solutions Follow a structured system for scheduling, presenting, and following up with clients Participate in training sessions focused on financial knowledge, communication skills, and personal development Maintain consistent activity levels to meet personal and team goals Collaborate with team members and leadership to continuously improve performance

Requirements

Recent graduate or early in career with a strong desire to grow Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Self motivated with a goal oriented mindset Coachable and open to feedback Background in business, finance, communications, or related fields is a plus but not required

Pay: $49,219.93 - $259,275.62 per year
