Entry-Level Financial Representative (Training Provided)

Our nationwide and locally owned financial services firm is expanding and seeking motivated individuals interested in leadership development and client education.

This is a structured finance coach and management training opportunity where you will learn to:

- educate families on practical financial concepts

- support client communication and follow-up

- develop leadership and team-building skills

-build and mentor a local team over time

Our firm works with individuals and businesses in the areas of investments, insurance, and mortgages. We help families and individuals learn to invest wisely for college and retirement, protect their assets and income, and become debt free. Our parent company is publicly traded on the NYSE / Fortune 1000 company and has been in business for over 45 years. We are a consumer oriented and education orientated firm that strongly believes in doing what's best for the client.

Seeking a highly motivated individual with a desire to help people. This type person would be someone who would like work with our Flowood training center part time with a flexible schedule to help families by teaching them simple concepts on how money works.

The outcome is for those families to have a plan that allows them to become debt free, have college savings for their kids, enough saved for retirement and to ultimately become financially independent.

Details:

The hours are completely flexible and will require time management skills, but can compliment your current work situation and family life. Our company covers 95% of state and federal licensing including (state life licenses and federal securities licenses) . Our representatives typically start part time and are looking to either make an additional $1,000-$3,000 per month part time and/or if they desire to transition full time they can at their own pace.

• Compensation: Financial coaches that work at our firm are 1099 contractors where income is performance based with leadership bonuses. There are potential growth opportunities also offered for coaches to run their own business and open a future branch of our local office. For us to partner with a candidate we will conduct a full interview process & background check and candidates will be required to get licensed and trained through our firm.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
