We are hiring an Entry-Level GoHighLevel Assistant to support our automation and CRM operations. This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, organised, and eager to learn GoHighLevel (GHL) from the ground up. Full training will be provided.

You will work closely with our team to help build, update, and maintain workflows, pipelines, and communication systems inside GoHighLevel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up and managing GHL workflows and triggers
  • Update CRM records and ensure data accuracy
  • Help configure calendars, pipelines, forms, and funnels
  • Support testing and troubleshooting of automations
  • Handle basic integrations (email, phone numbers, custom fields)
  • Document processes and follow established SOPs
  • Provide general operational support inside GHL as needed

Requirements

  • Strong willingness to learn GoHighLevel and automation tools
  • Basic understanding of software, CRM systems, or digital operations
  • Good communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take responsibility
  • Prior GHL experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
