Entry Level GoHighLevel & Automation Specialist

Salon Boss is a growing marketing agency that helps salon suites, hair salons, and beauty brands grow through SEO, paid ads, websites, and CRM automations. We’re a small but fast-moving team, and this role is a chance to learn real-world digital marketing systems while building a career in a growing industry.

Responsibilities

Assist with client account management inside GoHighLevel (CRM)

Build and manage automation workflows, funnels, and email/SMS campaigns

Support onboarding of new clients into our systems

Troubleshoot and document processes as you learn

Collaborate with our CEO and team on client fulfillment and marketing systems

Qualifications

Must be local to Saint George, UT

Beginner-level / student (college or similar experience) — we provide training

Comfortable with tech tools (Google Docs, Slack, ClickUp, etc.)

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Interest in digital marketing, automation, or the beauty industry is a plus

Schedule

Part-Time, 10–20 hours per week

Flexible schedule (within Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm MST)

Pay

Hourly, entry-level (commensurate with experience) - starting $12-15/hour
