Entry Level Graphics Design & Production Assistant (In-Office)

Job Description

Tommy Locke is looking to fill a part-time, in-office position supporting both graphic design and production operations for a growing apparel brand. The role focuses on turning design concepts into production-ready artwork, assisting with garment layout preparation, and supporting day-to-day operational tasks within a structured workflow system.

This is a hands-on role designed for someone looking to develop real-world experience in both digital design and structured business operations with a strong understanding that the two go hand in hand. Training will be provided, but attention to detail, organization, and willingness to learn are required.

Job Requirements

  • Solid skills with Adobe tools. Working familiarity with MS Office tools.
  • *MUST-MUST* be able to adapt artwork design style to meet practical garment production requirements including: printer limitations, transparency and device color variances, garment constraints
  • Maintain and organize files/folders with current consistent structure
  • Support and create production workflow tasks (design, prep, process tracking)
  • Assisting with general administrative and organizational tasks
  • Maintaining a clean anti-allergen and anti-odor environment

Additional Requirements

  • Must be able to work in-person in Port Saint Lucie office location
  • Must have non-dependent reliable transportation and consistent in attendance
  • Interest in graphic design, production, and/or apparel industry preferred
