Role Description

This is a full-time, Evening Shift (2nd Shift), on-site role located in Las Vegas, NV. As an Entry-Level Help Desk Support at NexGen Technology, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers. Your day-to-day tasks will involve troubleshooting hardware and software issues, documenting and tracking customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams, and ensuring effective and timely resolution of technical issues. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of the help desk knowledge base, actively participate in team meetings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong passion for technology and helping others
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and software applications
  • Customer-centric mindset and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
