What You’ll Do:

• Work with restaurant owners, managers, and staff to install, configure, and train them on their new POS system
• Manage your own schedule while providing on-site and remote support during and after installation
• Translate restaurant needs into technology solutions
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Help improve processes to ensure smooth operations for our clients

What We’re Looking For:

• The ideal candidate LOVES tech and is the GOTO tech person at work and play
• 3+ years in the restaurant industry (manager, server, or bartender experience welcome!)
• A self-starter who thrives working independently and takes initiative
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn new software and hardware
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and customer service mindset
• Willingness to travel locally to client locations

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
