Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Entry-Level HR Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone looking to start their career in human resources, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Support onboarding and training for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
• Help maintain employee records and assist in HR-related documentation.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and support a positive workplace culture.
• Assist with HR policies and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
• Previous internship or experience in HR is a plus, but not required.
