Entry-Level HVAC Apprentice / Technician Trainee

Job Description

We are currently hiring Entry-Level HVAC Apprentices to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start a long-term career in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) industry.

No prior HVAC experience is required. We provide on-the-job training and hands-on experience working with professional HVAC technicians in installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and air conditioning systems.

Qualified applicants may also be eligible for workforce-funded training opportunities that help support technical certification and skill development in the HVAC field.

This position offers a pathway into a stable, high-demand skilled trade with opportunities for long-term growth.

Responsibilities

Assist with installation of HVAC systems
Assist with maintenance and repair of heating and cooling equipment
Learn HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostics
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters
Assist senior technicians on service calls and installation projects
Maintain tools and follow safety procedures

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift equipment and work in various environments
Willingness to learn a skilled trade
