Fleming Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an Entry-Level HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry while learning from experienced technicians.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance, service, and repair of residential HVAC systems
• Learn troubleshooting techniques from experienced technicians
• Perform seasonal cleanings and inspections
• Accurately document work completed and recommendations
• Maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain company equipment
• Continue developing technical skills through training opportunities

Qualifications

• HVAC schooling or related experience is a plus, but not required
• EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Excellent customer service skills
• Dependable and motivated team player
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
