Entry Level Insulation Installer

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Installer to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in the construction industry. The Entry Level Installer will assist in various installation tasks across multiple projects, gaining hands-on experience and developing essential skills in insulation.

Duties

• Assist with the installation of various insulation materials and structures, including blown in, fiberglass batts, and spray foam.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
• Support experienced installers in tasks such as prepping, caulking, and doing install work.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency on the construction site.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals while adhering to timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of construction practices and terminology is preferred.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is essential; prior experience is a plus.
• Experience on construction sites or relevant coursework in construction-related fields is advantageous.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively.
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment while following safety protocols.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks including lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
