Brian’s Insulation & T&T Waterproofing & Drain Tile — serving Isanti & the area for 46 YEARS — is looking for another to join the team.

This job is: NOT clean, NOT easy, NOT for someone who hates sweating (lol)

But it IS: Honest work

A skilled trade you can learn

Steady hours (40–60/week)

We have a crew that actually sticks around and company that’s been doing it right for decades

Early mornings (6am-7am depending on season)

Attics, crawlspaces, basements Insulation, waterproofing & drain tile

Drive to shop is in Isanti — drive company trucks to jobs

Pay starts at $21/hr- depending on experience

Must have: Clean driving record- No questions

Strong work ethic

Willingness to get dirty

Want a LONG-TERM job (not a “for now” job)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
