Entry-Level Insurance Sales Agent

We’re looking for motivated individuals who want to start a career in sales—no prior experience required.


This is a remote opportunity where you’ll help families explore life insurance options that protect what matters most. You’ll connect with clients through phone, Zoom, or occasional in-person meetings, guiding them through simple, meaningful conversations.


You’ll have access to a steady flow of interested prospects (no cold calling), along with hands-on training and coaching to help you build confidence and develop real sales skills. Whether you’re looking for a full-time career or a flexible side income, you’ll have the ability to work from home and create your own schedule.

Health agents looking to expand into life insurance are also welcome.

Note: This position is open to U.S. residents only.


Compensation:

$60,000-70,000+ annually (based on commission)


Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients through phone, Zoom, or in-person meetings to discuss their life insurance needs.
  • Guide clients through the process of selecting life insurance options that best protect their families.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing support and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for effective client engagement.
  • Participate in hands-on training sessions to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Utilize provided leads to connect with interested prospects, eliminating the need for cold calling.
  • Manage your schedule to balance client meetings and administrative tasks efficiently from home.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to engage clients through phone, Zoom, or in-person meetings with confidence and clarity.
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure ongoing support and satisfaction.
  • Proven track record of collaborating effectively with team members to share insights and strategies.
  • Ability to manage your schedule efficiently to balance client meetings and administrative tasks from home.
  • Willingness to participate in hands-on training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Comfortable utilizing provided leads to connect with interested prospects, eliminating the need for cold calling.
  • Strong desire to help families explore life insurance options that protect what matters most to them.
