Responsibilities

* Provide first-line technical support to our team members via the ticketing system, email, and chat.

* Manage user accounts across various systems, including creation, modification, and password resets.
* Escalate complex technical problems to senior IT staff when necessary, providing detailed information for resolution.
* Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for technical procedures, user guides, and our internal knowledge base.
* Support the implementation of new technologies and IT projects as required.

* A foundational understanding of computer operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS) and common office software.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
* A proactive and customer-service-oriented approach to all tasks.
* Previous experience in an IT support role or relevant certifications (such as CompTIA A+) are advantageous but not essential for candidates who can demonstrate the right aptitude and a willingness to learn.
